- Experience managing any type of infrastructure upgrade projects (VPN installation, phone installation software relating to infra ie. O365 upgrade,etc.)
- Experience managing multiple projects at once is key. Need to be able to multitask. Juggle projects, work across enterprise.
- Change management experience is required.
- Prior experience managing large system transformation efforts
- Strong project delivery skills - accurate project planning, delivers to milestone dates, manages resources effectively, communicates status effectively, manages risks, and can juggle multiple activities at once to accomplish goals
- Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making
- Has prior experience managing large system transformation efforts
- Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish own work
- Has superb relationship management skills
- Has strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Has expert project management skills with a proven track record of successful on-time/within-budget deliveries
- Has knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Has exceptional negotiation skills
- Has experience coordinating team workflow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
