ERP/CRM Developer

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer based in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. This role involves creating, deploying, and managing tailored solutions within Salesforce and nCino platforms to augment our banking operations. The selected candidate will need to have a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in the banking industry, coupled with expertise in customizing and optimizing Salesforce to enhance efficiency and service quality.Responsibilities: Develop and tailor platforms using tools like Vlocity, Apex, Visualforce, and nCino’s specific tools. Engage and collaborate with business units to define system requirements and customize solutions accordingly. Design and implement superior solutions on the platforms, ensuring they align with business needs, internal policies, best practices, and regulatory standards. Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards on time and within budget. Conduct data migration and integration activities between existing systems and platforms, following best practices. Provide technical guidance and training to other team members and stakeholders. Manage ongoing support requests and meet the administrative needs of users. Implement automation processes to enhance banking operations. Regularly perform audits of the systems to ensure secure and optimal performance. Develop interactive dashboards and manage data flow in and out of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing cloud. Document and maintain all project issues and logs, while leading team members to deliver technology solutions. Requirements Proficiency in Apex programming language Extensive experience in Salesforce Development Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its functionalities Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Ability to develop and customize Apex Visualforce pages Advanced understanding of ERP/CRM systems and their implementation Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP/CRM related issues Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
