We are seeking a Program Manager, Aftermarket Programs join our Navy Systems team based in York, PA.A Our Navy Systems business has been supplying air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and services to the US Navy since 1917. The Program Manager, Aftermarket Programs will be responsible for the execution and performance of aftermarket support programs through effective customer engagement, leadership, strategy development, program execution, and overall P&L management. This role partners with the cross functional organization to optimize program / contract performance to ensure customer satisfaction in support of the businessas goals and strategic plan.AAThis position requires a skilled, energized individual who enjoys the technical challenge of working with large, complex chiller and control systems found on Naval vessels.A The incumbent can function with minimal supervision.AAAs a key contributor in the business, youAwill be actively engaged with the Johnson Controls Navy Systems (JCNS) team reporting into the Senior Program Manager, Aftermarket Support.
