This position pays a base rate and offers commission every pay period (weekly). Expect to receive a bonus in your first two weeks alone

General Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments in the field with homeowners for roofing, siding, windows, estimates
Recruit & train others to do the same!
Be prompt to daily meetings Remember being EARLY is being on time
Provide working knowledge of Eco-friendly, American made products and its benefits to consumers
Maintain company values and a quality presentation for lead generation
