Job DescriptionAs the FP&A Analyst, you will support Retail Expense cost centers including Construction, Print, R Category Management and License and REgistration. You will work alongside the departments’ heads to help build accurate budgets and forecasts as well as perform ad hoc analysis.Your responsibilities will also include: P&L account variance analysis, ensuring any variances are researched and corrected as needed. You will work closely with your department heads on variances to accurately report the monthly results. Headcount reconciliations including validating this reconciliation with business partners and performing monthly reconciliations to ensure headcount is reported correctly Presenting monthly PowerPoint presentations of P&L areas to the business. You will help the business understand how their spend is versus their budget/forecasts. This will also give the business an opportunity to understand any potential risks and opportunities Monthly journal entriesThe position requires good written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with senior leadership.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5+ months of FP&A or accounting experience within a complex /large company- 1+ years of intermediate of Excel and PowerPoint skills- 5+ months basic knowledge of GAAP accounting
