Hourly Supervisor - Shift Leader $12.50+ per hr

Freddy’s is immediately hiringa friendly and focused restaurant professional who has a self-starting personality. Restaurant Supervisors must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties such as cook, cashier, and custard making. Full training and ongoing development will be provided as well as opportunities for advancement into a salaried manager position.

Pay starts at $12.50/hr!

Qualifications

• One year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required
• Previous Management/Leadership experience preferred
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Open availability preferred
• Desire to lead by example and work in a team environment
• Desire to grow and develop with Freddy’s
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Must be willing to undergo a background check if you’re 18 or older
