Room Division Trainee

What you’ll do…Assist in daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections and inventory management.Support the front desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.Provide personalized guest services, responding to inquiries and requests promptly.Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organize and coordinate special guest activities and events.Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the property.Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring swift and efficient resolution.Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.Assist with the coordination of housekeeping schedules and staff shifts.Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
