We have a great opportunity for a Configuration Analyst with our client in Rhode Island.

Responsibilities of the Configuration Analyst: - Support team efforts to configure and maintain packaged software applications focusing on narrow areas of the application
- Maintenance may include support of end users in specific business areas or processing, reconciliation and reporting within a defined area of the system
- Maintain accounts and access settings for assigned areas of packaged software
- Help monitor ticket queues and respond to incident tickets received from the service desk, process change requests
- Follow defined policies and procedures to set up new accounts, remove accounts, or adjust access to support business processes and maintain appropriate system structure and security
- Ensure documentation is kept up to date and in the proper shared, accessible location
Requirements of the Configuration Analyst: - Bachelor's degree with technology classes preferred or equivalent work experience or training
