• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data integration techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is desirable.
