• Agile Methodologies Implementation: Lead and coach cross-functional development teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Promote the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Scrum Master Role: Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more development teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities and remove any impediments that may hinder progress.
• Program Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery.
• BaaS (Backend as a Service) and API Frameworks: Utilize your expertise in BaaS and API frameworks to guide the development teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and robust API solutions. Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure API best practices are followed, and assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Java Development: Leverage your strong Java development skills to contribute to the development efforts when required. Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams. Identify areas for enhancement in processes, tools, and practices, and drive initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Team Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration and communication within and across development teams. Encourage open and transparent communication, facilitate decision-making, and promote a positive and productive team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in program management, including project planning, risk management, and budgeting.
• Solid understanding of BaaS concepts, API frameworks, and API development principles.
• Hands-on experience with Java development and related technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
