As a Digital Tagging Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our digital analytics measurement implementations across our web and mobile app platforms. You will work with our web and app product delivery teams, as well as other internal partners such as Marketing, to define and document measurement requirements, and design and document technical solutions and tagging specifications. You'll also support the ongoing administration and configuration of our analytics tools, Adobe Analytics in particular, and be responsible for ongoing testing, data quality assurance and troubleshooting. Working closely with product owners and developers, you will be expected to ensure the end to end customer experience is tracked reporting and analysis enabled. Monitoring the health of our Adobe Analytics implementation, and expanding the implementation ongoing are critical in this role as well, as is attending to the required documentation and auditing of key metrics to ensure tags are kept current functioning as intended. Further, you will contribute to the web analytics strategy by implementing and improving web analytics and tagging methodologies, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer the collection of high quality, actionable data through Adobe Analytics in support of our ongoing digital channel optimization.
  • Elicit and document goals, business requirements and success measures to enable data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Develop tagging requirements, technical specifications and testing documentation tied to analytics requirements and success measures.
  • Implement, test and monitor the deployment and management of tags; identify/triage tagging issues that may arise.
  • Conduct ongoing, planned and ad-hoc analysis utilizing a variety of digital analytics and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support tagging needs, including enabling the measurement of microsites, Marketing and Social campaigns, and 3 rd party pixel tags
  • Assist with maintaining analytic tool implementation, processes, and oversight, as well as performing periodic audits of our tools and tag implementations.
  • Support the integration of data across various sources, channels and systems.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of data through testing, validation, and best practices.
  • Assist with managing our Ensighten Tag Manager across web properties, including single page applications.
  • Ensure our data layer is properly configured and maintained.
  • Keep current on the analytics tool/technology landscape, identifying and recommending solutions that enable Amica to advance its analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of digital analytics experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics from implementation through ongoing maintenance and reporting.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining processes across teams to standardize approaches and tool utilization
  • Ability to define and document detailed analytics requirements, tagging specifications, test strategies, and process documents to ensure system governance.
  • Experience with the development and maintenance of event driven data layers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced work environment.
  • Experience with tag management implementations, and an understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript to implement custom code as required for creating some events/tags. Ensighten experience is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to partner with a broad range of internal customers to understand and capture their analytics needs.
