Customer Service Representative Duration: PERMAMENT ROLE Pay Rate: $37,500 Location: Onsite in Spokane, WA Start Date: 6/6/2022 Hours: Training: Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:30pm for the first few weeks and then 12:00-7:30pm to complete training Shift: Monday, Thursday, and Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm, Saturday 8:00 am-3:30pm, and Sunday 1:30pm-9:00pm. Tuesday/Wednesday would be their days off. Sign on Bonus: $2,500 Sign on Bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service through telephone contact to sell policies and service existing accounts
  • Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
  • Employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license as needed and meet continuing education requirements. Comprehensive training is provided
