We're looking for someone who can be a key contributor to multi-disciplinary teams that ensure customer needs translate into engaging experiences across all digital channels.

The Digital Content Specialist works collaboratively within a cross-functional team to ensure new web pages and digital media are accurately created in our AEM content management system. You'll be responsible for web page creation and publishing as part of an efficient workflow process that incorporates designers, writers and developers working together to produce web pages conforming to UX best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • CMS page authoring, Content editing and documentation, QA and UAT testing
  • Create new pages in AEM using a standard set of page grids, containers and components
  • Lay out pages in AEM and populate with content and images
  • Collaborate with UX designer on any necessary mockups or image assets
  • Work within the UX team to support multiple business units working with AEM in a variety of different capacities
  • Review and adhere to content/business/technical/design requirements using Confluence and JIRA.
  • Participate in the implementation of Adobe Experience Manager, including design, definition and development of AEM content type models, workflows, templates, and components, and permissions
  • Integrate AEM with other marketing products and e-commerce solutions
  • Assist in deploying applications to dev, QA and production environments and migrations
  • Facilitate ongoing site maintenance and content updates
  • Prepare, optimize and manage assets for production
  • Ensure brand consistency and contribute to the improvement of our corporate digital style guide
  • Understand and support the product roadmap for future development
  • Gather requirements for developers
  • Assist in bringing in Microsites and use AEM to its full potential for all Amica needs
  • Support projects of all sizes and complexity
Requirements:
  • Ability to work with Adobe Experience Manager or other Content Management Systems
  • Team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of UX best practices
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Comfort with ambiguity, flexibility to move forward even when not all of the details for a project are provided up front
  • Strong organization, prioritization, task and time management skills
  • Understanding of Agile, SCRUM and Kanban
  • Ability to handle multiple, small to large project tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products such as Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator
