Customer Service Representative
Location: Johnston, RI

Job Responsibilities:
- Gain familiarity with the products and services we offer.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Produce quotes for custom designs and layouts.
- Receive, handle, and stock shipments within our warehouse facilities.
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipping, including organizing freight logistics.
Qualifications:
- Strong sense of personal responsibility, enthusiasm, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to engage in customer service and warehouse duties with on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy items (50lbs).
- Proficiency with computers and digital communication tools.
- Desire to be a collaborative team player.
- Able to work an 8:30am to 4:30pm schedule, Monday thru Friday schedule
