Liberty Tax Service is gearing up for a busy tax season and we are looking for individuals with a great attitude who can work as Customer Service Representatives in our Middletown call center.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from clients
Identify callers needs and provide a solution
Make outbound calls and provide additional information as needed
Provide technical assistance to callers as needed
Effectively communicate offerings and solutions
Maintain individual and team service quality goals
Requirements:
Call Center experience (1 year preferred)
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to provide clients with a first call resolution
Ability to develop strong client relations
This is a seasonal, part-time position with flexible hours. Available shifts are days, evening and weekends.
