Full Time fire and police alarm dispatcher position available at a residential and commercial alarm monitoring central station.
We are a local alarm Central Station, looking for a reliable operator with customer service experience. We are willing to train the right person. Must be able to pass a federal background check. Shift flexibility is essential as our facility is open 24 hours, 7 days a week including all holidays. This will be a third shift position, with opportunities to move to second shift over time.
Duties include dispatching on fire and burglary alarm signals, assisting clients over the phone, maintaining accurate client records, as well as aiding service technicians in the field over the phone. You must be able to work well under what can sometimes a stressful situation.
Pay Rate/Benefits: 14.00 an hour to start.
