GOLF SHOP STAFF – Pro Shop Assistant / Attendant
Seasonal Full-Time and Part-Time Positons Available
Members of the Pro Shop Staff are expected to greet patrons in a friendly and courteous manner while providing efficient service. They shall assist the Golf Professional and fellow staff with Pro Shop and golf operations, daily and future play execution, merchandise sales and other golf-related activities.
General Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with tee times, purchases, and general inquiries.
Operate a computerized register system and process payments as trained
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Pro Shop areas.
Enforce golf course rules and provide customer service to golfers.
Assist Ownership &/or Head Golf Professional with general operations
Assist with inventory displays, management and merchandise pricing.
Answering phone for tee times, questions and messages.
Coordinate with and support outside operations staff as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic golf knowledge and customer service experience preferred.
Ability to handle transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Strong communication skills, work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
STARTING PAY: $16-18
