We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly customer service professional! This position is responsible for providing superior customer service at all times. You will assist guests with check-ins/outs, resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, reservations, etc. as well as handling guest registration, room assignments, night audit, and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
We are looking for 1 person to work 1st (7am-3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). Training will be all day shifts (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm), 40 hours for 2 weeks and then after training 32-40 hours per week.
Job Requirements:
Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person.
Must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills.
Prior face-to-face customer experience is a huge plus but your attitude is more important.
Previous hotel experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation.
Computer experience a plus.
