Plant does precision component stamping, molding, cold forging and plating.
Selected individual will partner with the Plant Manager to provide the information necessary to make P&L decisions.
Responsibilities
- Budget formulation, execution and control
- Plant Finance Management Role
- Financial reports and analysis, statutory audit
- Contracts and credit control management
- Internal Control and corporate accounting policy compliance
- Risk management, tax and statutory compliance
- People development and finance organizational leadership
- Payroll accounting experience
- Working Capital management
- Oversight of plant cost efficiency and inventory management issues
- Candidate MUST have Competencies & qualifications
- Degree and Major in Finance or Accounting
- Cost Accounting & manufacturing ERP experience
- Self-driven/self-motivated, work under pressure and limited resource
Experience in manufacturing environment > 5 years
- US GAAP/IFRS experience
- Experience as a Plant Controller ≥ 5 years, team leadership Experience
- Candidate Nice-to-Have Competencies
- Experience in stamping and/or injection molding
- Experience in manufacturing industry/ automotive manufacturing and costing is a plus
- Group Reporting, Consolidation Accounting experience, working in a shared services environment
- IT management experience
- Project accounting analysis
