Castle Hill Inn is seeing an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Along with the rest of the leadership team, this position will be responsible for the oversight and management of all daily restaurant operations both on the floor and in the office. General responsibilities include but are not limited to: hiring and training, coaching and counseling, scheduling, reconciliation of daily revenues, invoice coding, inventory, and budgeting assistance.
We are looking for someone with a true passion for hospitality and providing the ultimate guest experience! This position requires excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to develop others through leadership.
The strongest candidates will have a minimum 2-4 full years of management experience in a high end, high volume establishment. A high energy individual with a desire to elevate service level. Hotel Food and Beverage experience preferred. Experience leading teams of multi-generational and multi-cultural staff preferred.
