Executive Sous Chef Position available in a nationally acclaimed white linen restaurant. Applicants must be detail oriented, well accomplished and creative. Please have a pedigree in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Share the spotlight and showcase your genius and help orchestrate our award-winning kitchen. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, driven to succeed, passionate about food, well versed in menu development, team-building and working between front and back of the house. Salary is $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience. Offering signing bonuses.
