We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time and/or full-time Cashier, Cooks, Line and Prep.
Line or Prep:
Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness per Baja’s safety & sanitation policies.
Keep food orders flowing continuously from the Line.
Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
Provide hospitable and individual service to each customer.
Learn our menu to explain offerings to guests.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Prior experience a plus.
Cook:
Prep multiple proteins
Maintain kitchen cleanliness
Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures.
Be a GRILL MASTER
Communicate with the Line Team
Perform opening and closing duties
Prior experience a plus
Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
