Castle Hill Inn is hiring for a Kitchen Supervisor for their banquet department!
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated person with high volume line and production experience, and must be dedicated to the highest quality of execution, cleanliness, organization and team leadership.This person must be able to think critically and work with direction from the kitchen management team while maintaining a relentless attitude towards all aspects of the cuisine, team and maintenance of the physical unit. We are looking for someone with AM and PM availability. Weekends are required.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 3-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
