New Horizon Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking an associate Chiropractor who is looking to grow with us. Our office in expanding our hours to open up more appointments to serve the Portsmouth and surrounding Newport community. Our office is currently at capacity and we are looking for an associate to add Tues, Thurs and Saturdays to accommodate helping more patients get well. New Horizon Chiropractic has been helping patients get out of pain without drugs or surgery since 2011. We look at the whole person taking a holistic approach to our treatments to help our patients get out of pain and correct any underlying root causes.
If you like to help other people and want to give them the time, attention, thought and sensitivity required to effectively diagnose, treat and correct their ailments then New Horizon Chiropractic and Wellness is the place for you! We are looking for an associate who is wellness centric, someone who is focused on pin pointing the root cause of patients conditions and not only how to correct those ailments but how to prevent them from reoccurring. Our facility offers a multitude of therapies for our patients including stretching techniques, soft tissues work, supplement regiments and health coaching. The associate applying for this position should be comfortable and able to employ/learn these techniques. Helping our patients achieve optimal health thru value-based care is our goal.
Our clinic is 100% fee for service; we do not accept any health insurance. We focus our time and talents on helping patients using a variety of treatments and modalities to help correct and prevent pain. There is no insurance billing, collecting or insurance contracting required for this position. This is a rare opportunity to focus solely on patient care without the hassles of insurance.
This position is for an independent contractor to work side by side with Dr. Misty Kosciusko. Your pay will be based on an agreed to percentage for services provided to patients. This means your compensation is directly related to helping people get well. A salary does not limit you and your efforts directly contribute towards your income! We have two full days available with the potential for additional days, evenings and weekends as well. This is truly a rare opportunity to learn how to own/run a practice without any of the risk of starting your own.
Qualifications:
Position requires Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited chiropractic college
Passing scores for all parts of the national chiropractic board exams (I, II, III and IV)
Current Valid DC License in RI (if your license is in process you may apply)
Malpractice insurance in the state of RI
