RN for Latin Adult Day Health Care Center Needed
Our Non-Profit adult day center provides culturally driven social and wellness programs for all adults 18 years and older and disabled individuals. Our mission is to help our aging adults maintain their independent lifestyle, while providing cultural and bilingual therapeutic activities, nutritious meals, and activities of interest to each person in a cultural and comfortable home-like setting. Along with a flexible program, clients can choose half and full day schedules we also provide transportation, medications reminders, health and medical supervision and education, and weekly wellness programs. We are also open Monday thru Saturdays 8:00am to 3:00 pm.
The nurse (RN) will be responsible for supervision of our CNA as well as doing assessments, care plans, and monthly charting for all clients (Medicaid, VA, and Private Pay). In this position, the individual will be acting as a liaison between the participants, their caregivers and physicians, as well as other care staff at the center.
Candidate must have an active license from an accredited school of Nursing and be registered with the state of Rhode Island.
Bilingual preferred but not necessary!
