Job Type: Part-time
Like Home Adult Daycare Health Center provides quality adult day care and support services. We are seeking a compassionate RN to care for our participants. We have a Part Time position available. The RN is primarily responsible for the physical, social, and emotional assessment of the participants, documentation and intervention/support as needed.
Duties include:
Initial assessments for potential participants and quarterly assessments for current participants
Assessments, observe prts for general health status
Charting
Administer medications
Consult with participants families/MD as needed
Crisis intervention as needed
Assist with activity program such as exercise class, arts, music, games, as needed
Qualifications:
Current license to practice nursing in RI
Be able to comply with State and County licensing regulations
Experience interacting with senior population
