He is wheelchair bound, transfers with hoyer lift. He is ventilator dependent with a trach. He has a GT for all food/meds. Has wheelchair accessible van for transportation to/from appointments or adventures.
He is a fun loving guy with a great attitude, enjoys being outside and active!
Qualifications :
RN or LPN
valid drivers license and insurance
ok with dogs
medical Marijuana friendly
fun and willing to assist in hobbies
Shifts available:
everyday 4p-12a
Thursdays 7a-4p
Sundays 8a-4p and 4p-12a, can be every other and flexible
overnights 12a-8a every night
fill in and pickups available as needed
