Maintain HR database and all HR records by updating and entering data including new hires and any changes to employee personal information
Assist with hiring and selection in accordance with the hiring procedures
Post positions, screen applicants,, coordinate interviews, facilitate background investigations, reference checks, and drug screens
Prepare new hire paperwork
Input the necessary employee and benefit information into HRIS and time keeping systems for new hires
Coordinate and assist with implementation of employee recognition events and other employee activities.
Assist in maintenance/updating of job descriptions and postings
Process incoming mail
Provide customer service to all internal and external customers
Compile reports and prepare spreadsheets with relevant HR data
Must have a Bachelor's Degree and Human Resources Experience!
