Farming Turtles is a year-round microgreen and baby green farm located in Exeter, RI. All of our products are grown inside and we pack and ship all of our orders on site. We are currently seeking to expand our team and are looking for the right individual to work inside helping to plant and pack our baby greens In addition, our packers are responsible for cleaning up and rotating crops.
Individuals who are interested must be able and willing to work Monday through Friday, 8am-3pm and must have their own reliable transportation. We are a 365 day a year farm so individuals who are interested must be able to work holidays. We do not micro-manage, so it is important for our team members to work well on their own and at a fast pace once trained. We have a great crew so we are looking for people who want a long term job and who work well with others as well as independently.
Previous experience in the agriculture or food industry is not required as we will provide extensive training for the right person.
