Part-time position (2-3 hours weekly) providing cleaning and light maintenance services for a small professional building in Warwick. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms (2), grounds, and occasional light maintenance (light bulbs, air filters, small repairs, etc.).
