Key Responsibilities:
On the job training provided
May learn to run multiple machines
Must be flexible and willing to work in other departments when required
Ensure products meet all specs when running jobs
Must be able to understand and follow the job requirements until the completion of the job
Role requires standing and walking throughout the 10-hour shift
Must follow all safety rules and must wear required PPE at all times
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain quality standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
Basic computer skills required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Must be reliable and punctual
