Immediate Opening: Full-Time Real Estate Paralegal/ legal assistant Position for busy law office in Cranston, RI area. Experience required with preparing Residential Purchase and Refinance Settlement/HUD statements, Closing Disclosures and Title Insurance Commitments/Policies, scheduling closings, ordering payoffs and handling all aspects of real estate closings. Working knowledge of Soft-Pro and MS office applications is required. Only experienced candidates will be considered. Knowledge of the Rhode Island Court's e-filing system is a plus.
