We are a Rhode Island law firm with a focus on real estate and business law seeking a full time Real Estate Paralegal. We are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, effective time management, and attention to detail. This is full-time position. Any experience or familiarity with the following are a plus:
Opening of Real Estate Files;
Preparation of Preliminary and Final Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements;
Pre-Closing Preparation of Lender Closing Packages;
Post-Closing Processing of Closing Packages;
Reviewing Title Examinations;
Creation of Title Commitments, CPL's, and Title Policies;
Effective Oral and Written Communication Throughout Transactions; and
Willingness to Provide High Quality Customer Service.
