Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with at least 2 years' experience. Candidate must be familiar with all steps of residential closing.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to; ordering and reviewing title, clearing title, calling for payoffs, calling various city and towns to gather information for the closing, communicate with all parties in the transaction, preparing closing documents, and CD's.
