Desktop Support Technician

Description:2+ years.

Responsibilities:

Respond to IT requests via email, phone, or in person
Work closely with existing Technical Support staff
PC builds from pre-defined images or custom build
Dual monitor set up on PC based systems
Deploy PCs and printers to end users
Configure local or network printers end users
Migrate settings, documents, and custom software installed by end users

Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows desktop administration, domain administration, and thin client computing
Ability to clarify solutions in technical and non-technical terms
Experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and SCCM a plus
Experience with large scale deployments a plus
