Role & Responsibilities:• Act as a lead on assigned projects and assignments; and providing work direction to the developers and other project stakeholders.• Partner with various cross functional teams to identify, estimate scope of testing and enforce QA Process and Standards across all QA activities.• Work closely with Business and functional teams to understand business process, integrations etc.- Document and translate customer business functions and processes.• Work with the UX team to get the wireframes/ visuals/ html's created and reviewed.• Own functional tasks and deliverables including process definition and re-engineering, high and detailed-level requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications• Participate in functionality testing and user acceptance testing of the new system• Help technically in training and coaching professional and technical staff.• Develop a training program and conducting formal training sessions covering designated systems module.• Create and maintain all test artifacts including test strategy/test plan, requirement traceability and test metrics reports• Effectively plan, schedule, and manage all the testing activities for big programs• Show strong expertise in reproducing, analyzing, and finding the root cause for clients' issues.• Coach and mentor individual QA team members, provide guidance and oversee day-to-day function of the QA team members• Coordinates regression test automation activities across supported applications• Apply detail-oriented approach with respect to test documentation and communication• Strong written and verbal communication• The candidate must have proven ability to work successfully within an onshore-offshore model as an independent self-starter
Minimum Requirements:- 10 years+ experience total a combination of Testing and Business Analysis experience
- 5+ Years experience in Healthcare Payer
