As an Apprentice Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance/quality checks on multiple types of espresso, coffee and water machines. This position requires a unique mix of technical aptitude and strong customer service skills, with high level of professionalism required. Tracking and maintaining inventory is vital to the success in this role, so candidates must have strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment. You will also be trained to take the lead on testing water for all of our clients. We will train you, including sending you to manufacturer training in Seattle.
Must haves we are looking for
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing
Aptitude for commercial espresso machines, coffee machines, coffee brewers and coffee grinders
We also prefer you have
2+ years if experience with coffee equipment or similar food/beverage equipment
