Our location has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Automotive Service Technician. We are looking for a dependable team member to become a part of our Service Team. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years of experience, diagnose and repair automobiles, perform routine maintenance services and repair and service air conditioning, heating, engine-cooling and electrical systems. A positive attitude is a MUST, we offer a well ABOVE average HOURLY pay ($20.00-$25.00),NOT flat rate ! We are closed every major holiday (Paid) no Sundays or late evenings and vacations . Monthly sales bonus, Medical/Dental policies are also available. Paid in store training. Sign on bonus AFTER 90 day probation period . Independent owned and operated with a friendly , drama free working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician (automotive mechanic)
- RI inspector a plus
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications PREFERRED
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Alldata or Identifix is necessary.
- Solid knowledge of electrical, engine, brake, suspension, driveline systems is essential!
- Strong diagnostic skills are essential.
- Great attention to detail is expected.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized.
