Seeking skilled carpenter with building knowledge and experience. General site knowledge is also valued. You should have min 10 yrs experience in these trades. Drivers license and reliable transportation required. Please don’t ask about working off the books unless you are a licensed, insured sub. Jobsite will be active for three more years so you will always know where to show up for work. Also hiring less skilled helpers- hence the salary range. Please send CV or resume by email.
