We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused technician to install, maintain, and service fountain beverage equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have some refrigeration knowledge, mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and set up fountain soda systems including carbonators, syrup pumps, and dispensers.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in soda fountains, CO2 systems, ice machines, and related components.
Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
Train customers on equipment use, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate service records and complete documentation.
Respond promptly to service calls and maintain professional customer relationships.
Manage tools, parts inventory, and vehicle cleanliness.
Comply with all safety standards and regulations, including food and beverage sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus.
Previous experience with beverage systems or in a similar field (HVAC, refrigeration, vending, plumbing) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in tight or elevated spaces.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to be on-call or work flexible hours as needed.
