Licensed Massachusetts plumber & service techs for a residential HVAC company. We service and install gas, oil, steam, hot water, central air, ductwork, boilers, hot water heaters and are one of Rhode Islands largest residential installation companies for ductless AC/Heat pump systems. Masters and or Journeymen are welcome. Our company is also expanding into different areas of Massachusetts and licensed service tech for the Mass area is a plus. We are seeking a seasoned plumber for an expanded territory in nearby Massachusetts. This will be a guaranteed area for the right individual as our company will target and expand into. The individual should have knowledge of all heating systems listed above. Experience in the residential field is required. The package could be structured as a base plus commission, hourly only, part time, full time or sub contractor. We are looking for team players for both positions and will consider a tandem / partners, if you have an existing plumber/service relationship. We are a rapidly growing company and are looking for some key people to grow with us.
Seeking highly motivated technician and organized individuals to service and install heating and air conditioning systems. Our current business profile has a focus on heating and does not actually have a plumbing division. This partnership could lead to a turnkey plumbing division of a very successful 84 year company. It could also be the slow down phase of an individual who is heading towards retirement years. We are looking for Team leaders as well as possible apprentices with experience. MASS Masters and journeymen will be a high priority candidate. The qualified candidate for a leading position must be able to work with local municipalities in the permit process as well as communicate with our local sales team and office staff. We are a company that prides ourselves on quality workmanship and building customer confidence as well as giving our customers a great experience dealing with our company. Previous customers as well as potential new customers are all valued customers. Must be well spoken, pleasant personality, and maintain a professional appearance. A great deal of people skill and communication is required.

The candidate must be driven to succeed and possess complete knowledge of our current scope of business. The territory includes from the RI boarder of Rt. 95 -East, up to 495 and East of 95, out to Rt. 24 sth and over to the Fall River area / the Rt. 195. The area can be also be discussed and the office time back in RI will be minimal, as this position will be a home / car based position. There will be other tasks associated with this position that comes with the title of Gas/Plumbing Supervisor for heating and air conditioning systems/Massachusetts.
It is time that you become part of a winning team. Leaders will also be assisting the owner and office staff with various projects, participating with occasional trade shows. There is participation with the service assistant, service manager, installation supervisors, and other internal key players along with the sales manager and the supporting sales staff.
