At National Property Preservation (NPP) our goal is to work with local contractors and our national
clients in providing the important and necessary repairs and maintenance on foreclosed properties. The
work we do is on bank owned, vacant properties in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island and
Florida. Serving that goal cannot be met without partners in the local communities we serve.
In order to join our growing team we require some specific abilities and non-negotiables to guarantee
the high level of service that we provide. These jobs require experience in the property preservation
field. An understood urgency for regularly daily scheduled properties. An ability to provide an ABC
number thru Aspen Grove for background check purposes. A certificate of General Liability Insurance.
Experience using Property Preservation Wizard or similar (Tririga, AspenT, Asset Essentials, Pro Lease)

Currently we are seeking Contractors and Sub-Contractors, Handyman crews, Maid and Cleaning
services, Janitorial services to work in property preservation located in the Philadelphia . We have a high
volume of work and we are looking for steady, reliable contractors
Work may include but is not limited to:
Gutter cleaning & repairs
Posting Notices
Winterizations
Debris or Weather-related tree removal
Snow removal - various other maintenance work
Lock changing - (Vendor MFS Supply)
Property Preservation Maintenance
Cleaning to remedy citations/ summons
