Property Management company is seeking a full-time plumber to join a maintenance team providing maintenance, upkeep and repair of a large number of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, including repairs, installation of plumbing fixtures and repair and maintenance of heating systems. Experience with repair and maintenance of steam boilers or cooling systems a plus.
You need to be organized and able to effectively communicate with tenants and other company management and staff. You must be able to occasionally work in confined spaces or at heights and be able to climb ladders or use a lift. We are seeking an individual who likes to take initiative, is a team player and has a strong work ethic.
You also must have basic transportation and a valid driver's license. A BCI check will be required before hiring. Position requires revolving on call overtime and mandatory overtime in winter months for snow removal.
