We are a property development and management company with several properties throughout the state a commercial mill complex located in West Warwick.
Continuous maintenance is required for our current tenants. Upgrades and repairs are sometimes needed between tenants and New Spaces are always being built out - most of which occur in West Warwick.
You should be able to work independently or with a team. Understand and provide differing levels of craftsmanship as needed - ex. We have low end storage spaces that don't need to be fancy, just functional. We also have high end living spaces that require attention to detail and respect for our tenants, placing their needs as the top priority.
Hours vary from one project to the next, but a minimum number of hours are consistent. We are typically flexible and willing to work with your schedule.
We can put you on our payroll or hire as a 1099.
You will be working alongside other contractors and one of the owners is a semi-retired master carpenter. We are looking for someone skilled but also willing to learn when a better way is possible.
A positive friendly attitude is an absolute must!
Pay: $15-$30 per hour depending on experience.
