Job Description:

This position supports our Global Corporate Aircraft Finance Group ("GCAF") line of business, which provides financing for domestic and international corporate and high net worth clients. This position includes but is not limited to working closely with other team members, liaise with clients, internal and external legal counsel, Sales staff, communicate and work closely with all Stakeholders within the group and supporting groups, maintain forward momentum on all transactions, prepare documents and pricing, preparing and submitting Uniform Commercial Code ("UCC") filings, work with Federal Aviation Administration counsel ("FAA")to ensure transactions are prepared for filing with the FAA and International Registry ("IR") and changes requested and/or required to GCAF portfolio management. Excellent written, proofreading, verbal, interpersonal skills, time management and computer skills. Results oriented with a strong attention to detail/multitasking. Experience in contract administration, legal or other documentation related field preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
