Job Title: iOS Mobile Developer (Initial Remote)

Job Type: Smithfield, RI

Duration: 6 Months

W2 Only

Special Instructions: They will be working on 2 Initiatives:
  • TLM – Technology Life Management which is all of the modernization upgrades (codebase, infrastructure, etc.)
  • CRM – The Application they use is NOT Salesforce it’s called “World Class” written in .Net and they are going to work on “Mobile World Class” which is the iPad version of their app.
  • This application has already been built out and they’ll need an iOS Developer to handle all of their upgrades.
  • The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
    • We'll be working closely with team members for project definition and with other technical groups in a highly collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment. We'll also be working with other developers and be committed to the highest-level of quality.
    • Develop original and creative technical solutions to support ongoing development efforts.
    • QA/test all project work.
    • Full grasp of the software development process including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, system testing, problem resolution, project planning and release management.
    • 5+ years of professional experience developing iOS apps using Swift and/or Objective-C supported by RESTful web services.
    • Verifiable experience as a domain specialist using Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, and XCode in an enterprise environment, preferably as part of a team of iOS engineers.
    • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Native iOS applications in a fast-paced Scrum environment.
    • Experience working with Git/Jira/Jenkins stack.
    • Strong analytical and design skills and excellent problem solving/debugging ability.
    • Solid understanding of iOS Design Patterns, n-tiered architectures, and Test-Driven Development.
    • Solid understanding of Git, Jira, Jenkins stack, modern development principles such as trunk-based development and feature toggles.
    • Solid understanding of testing concepts and frameworks.
    • Experience integrating third-party libraries into native iOS apps.
    • Participate in iteration planning to maintain velocity and deliver quality pieces of functionality in each sprint.
