Additional Information:

the Business/Implementation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the JIRA Align implementation. The Business/Implementation Analyst is responsible supporting onboarding activities related to JIRA Align implementation including readiness and onboarding support. The Business/implementation analyst is the front face to the business unit to support their onboarding process from beginning to end. Good communication, collaboration, and customer focused are critical. The Business/Implementation Analyst will work closely with the Squad Leader, Squad Members, and Business Units on implementing JIRA Align.
