My Industry leading client is looking for a Systems Analyst to join their team and hit the ground running!
Qualifications We're Seeking:- 5 or more years of experience in Systems Analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in interviewing stakeholders and gathering high-quality business requirements using Agile scrum methodology
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with web platforms interacting with API's
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills, including the ability to manage issues and perform problem analysis
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience in financial services is preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and a desire to grow and engage in technical and design discussions with peers
- Ability to think long-term and produce scalable, maintainable solutions
- Proficient analytical skills and the ability to solve problems and work through ambiguous situations using factual knowledge, experience, and judgement
- Ability to facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business partners and drive the backlog refinement process
- Advocate for Agile methodologies
- Effective communication skills to influence team members and external groups, navigating the organization to accomplish tasks effectively
- Passionate about providing mentoring support on development standards to other analysts in the team
- Willingness to provide excellent product support at all stages, including on-call support when necessary.
