Onsite 1 day a weekThis contractor would conduct the following tasks pre-CRM selection and implementation:• Collaborate with our Admissions, Financial Aid, and Advising staff to understand and map the current recruitment related processes and the needs of students.• Identify ways to improve the current processes by focusing on steps that add value and removing unnecessary steps.• Document all insights, recommendations and final and approved processes and procedures for CRM implementation.• Help empower staff to find ways to continually improve processes and adopt a mindset of continuous improvement.

Outcome: Report(s) that documents all optimized recruitment related processes, procedures, and practices to inform the next stage of gathering requirements and prioritization. We anticipate this stage would take approximately 3 months. Next, this contractor would conduct the following tasks for CRM implementation:• Document and guide requirements and prioritization from the departments of Admissions, Financial Aid, and Academic Advising and directly support the configuration and set-up of the recruitment suite.• Work with staff in Admissions, Financial Aid and Advising to develop and document related workflows and communication flows to help configure the new CRM.

Outcome: Manage the development and collection of requirements with prioritization to configure and set-up the recruitment suite. In collaboration with CCRI Information Technology, build and document workflows and communication flows for the Division of Student Affairs. Our goal is to have an expert review all student recruitment processes, procedures, and practices to make sure we deliver value from the student’s perspective and improve efficiency and effectiveness by reducing and eliminating non-value adding activities in the CRM implementation.
