Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility is to identify and manage teams that can launch test programs in a shortened time frame to evaluate ROI, scalability and suggest next steps to launch or sunset program. Manager will provide Ad-hoc analytical support for the reverse logistic team specific to high priority initiatives. The Manager will analyze process and system functionalities along product flow paths, provide monthly reporting analysis, recommended/implement process, and system improvements. Additionally, the Manager will oversee the budget lines related to reverse processes providing forecast updates and month end close. Gather information requirements and design an approach for data/compilation Determine project management tasks and milestones Manage complex projects that cross functional boundaries Develop KPI’s for process improvements Analyze complex data sets and draw insights and conclusions. Develop new reporting and delivery methodologies for gaining better insight and efficiencies related to product flow Build analytical models to illustrate the impact of proposed reporting or process enhancements related to product flow (inbound, outbound and reverse logistics) Develop and oversee all Redeployment functions Develop and provide monthly projections for units to be returned by way of Product/Vendor Withdrawals as well as Dispose Withdrawals to the 3rd party processor. Report monthly expense reporting of FS return and redistribution activity. Collaboration with Inventory team to identify opportunities to mitigate write off liability Assist in work teams related to FS Returns and RedistributionPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications1+ years of related Inventory/Logistics/or Supply Chain work experience 1+ years of Proficient working knowledge of all MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point and Micro strategies1+ -years of Preferred knowledge of (Toad for Oracle, MySQL, SQL Plus, Tableau, etc.)Preferred Qualifications

Preferred knowledge of (Toad for Oracle, MySQL, SQL Plus, Tableau, etc.) - Experience in developing analytical tools, templates, and financial models - Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and independently solve business problems- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently - Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight- Excellent reasoning skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and all levels of management effectively and professionally as well as external partners. - Ability to communicate statistical analysis results and concepts clearly and effectively- Proven ability to deliver accurate results with a strong attention to detail.- Uses insights into how the team integrates with other teams to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve goals.- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
